Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive Trainee to

join our team. This role involves extensive field sales, client meetings, market

visits, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive,

confident, and capable of understanding customer needs while presenting

suitable solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive

attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable

solutions.

Eligibility

• Pursuing final semester or completed B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma (Polytechnic) or any other relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products and digital solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and support customer onboarding
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at client sites
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support, and accounts) to ensure smooth order execution
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and support the technical team
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
• Travel to customer locations as required

Remuneration

• Training Stipend: (15,000 – 20,000)per month
• Post-Training Salary: Upto 25,000/month (In-hand) + Incentives
