Sales And Service Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Engineer responsible for promoting and supporting our range of circular saw cutting machines and cutting tools. The role involves a mix of technical sales, customer support, and on-site service, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both fieldwork and customer interaction

Service & Sales Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of metal cutting circular saw machines at customer sites
• Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Provide operator training and application support
• Handle service visits, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify and develop new customer
• Promote machines, blades, and related cutting tools
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Technical Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• Basic knowledge of metal cutting processes and sawing applications (Preferred)
• Understanding of machine elements, hydraulics, and basic electricals

Sales Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation ability
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales & service

Experience:

• 1-5 years (Freshers with strong technical interest can also apply)
• Experience in related field will be given preference.
• Male candidates preferred.
