Job Description

We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to support solar cell manufacturing project line installations and service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar module / solar cell manufacturing / renewable energy systems, with strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.

Please Exclude EPC engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation, maintenance & service of solar cell manufacturing line installation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on-site.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
• Manage parts ordering and tool calibration.
• Work closely with project and customer teams for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar cell manufacturing installation or similar field service roles.
• Basic knowledge of PV systems, solar cells, solar automation and robotics,
• Preferably have knowledge of SCADA and PLC programing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel/relocate.
• Ethical, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
