Sales and Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

Drive achievement of Trade & Foreign Exchange (TFX) business targets across assigned branches/channels to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

• Manage and support a portfolio of 6 to 12 branches or aligned business segments, providing business guidance and sales support.
• Identify Trade & FX opportunities across branch catchments and customer segments, and develop targeted market penetration strategies.
• Collaborate with branch teams to increase Trade Finance and FX product adoption among existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and turnaround times (TATs) to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across branches and internal teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, industry developments, and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and support product enhancements.
• Track business performance, pipeline opportunities, and key metrics to drive achievement of business objectives.
  

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, International Banking, Foreign Exchange, or Transaction Banking.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation within Trade & Forex products.
• Experience working with branch banking networks and managing multiple stakeholders.
