Job Title: Sales Executive (Ageology & Aliine)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to handle enquiries and convert leads for Ageology and Aliine. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand our services and guiding them to book consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads from digital campaigns (PPC, social media, website enquiries) and walk-ins
• Understand customer needs and explain services, packages, and pricing clearly
• Book appointments and consultations, and ensure customers show up
• Convert enquiries into sales through consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate lead records and daily call reports in the CRM or tracking sheet
• Share feedback on lead quality with the marketing team
• Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships
• Meet monthly targets for calls, appointments booked, and conversions

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer relations (healthcare, wellness, beauty, or skincare preferred)
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English; Punjabi is a plus
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls and in person
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Target-driven and well organised
