Sales And Marketing Specialist

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new client accounts across target industries like cement, power generation, steel, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
• Technical Consultation: Understand customer operating conditions (temperature, chemical resistance, airflow/flow rate) to recommend correct filter bag fabrics (e.g., polyester, aramid, fiberglass).
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing key clients, distributors, and OEMs to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Strategy: Plan promotional activities, participate in industrial trade exhibitions, and manage digital or print product campaigns.
• Sales Targets: Drive primary and secondary sales to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging filtration technologies, and regulatory changes regarding industrial emissions or wastewater standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or a Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Experience: 2 to 7+ years of proven B2B industrial sales or export marketing experience within dust collection, industrial fabrics, or the broader filtration industry.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent cross-cultural communication, and proven negotiation skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally or internationally for client site visits and industrial audits.
