Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Jainam is a full-time, on-site position based in Durgapur. The specialist will be responsible for generating and managing leads, presenting brokerage and investment products, and converting prospects into active clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, supporting existing clients with service inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves executing local marketing initiatives, organizing and delivering training or awareness sessions for clients, and collaborating with the sales management team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
