Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist at Mentneo is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakinada. Interns will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospective clients, presenting solutions, and assisting with follow-ups to build and maintain relationships. The role involves helping develop and execute marketing campaigns, preparing sales and promotional materials, and gathering customer feedback to improve outreach strategies. The intern will also assist with basic customer service tasks, coordinate training or product demos for interested clients, and contribute to reporting and documentation of sales and marketing performance.

• Strong interest in technology or AI, with the ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including social media, digital outreach, or content-based campaigns, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kakinada, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
