Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting the company's services in domain registration, web hosting, email solutions, and remote support. The specialist will conduct client meetings, present service offerings, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating with technical teams to address client needs, and supporting marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach. The role also involves providing product training and guidance to clients and colleagues to ensure effective use and understanding of the company's services.
