Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role involves promoting TechKnots training programs to educational institutions, students, and other potential partners through direct outreach, presentations, and follow-ups. The representative will handle inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales and marketing activities, supporting the organization of workshops and training events, collecting feedback from participants, and collaborating with trainers and management to improve program visibility and enrollment.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, institutions, and partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive enrollment, manage pipelines, and execute promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support workshop coordination, presentations, and basic program demonstrations.
• Knowledge of education or edtech sectors and an interest in engineering or technology-focused training are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and comfort with digital communication channels and social media marketing.
