Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Malawi

• Gujarati language proficiency preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to manage retail operations, wholesale & chain-store business, sales targets, collections, team performance, and regional business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail outlets and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle wholesale & chain-store customers and develop new business.
• Monitor sales, collections, stock, logistics, and outlet performance.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitors and market trends.
• Lead, train, and evaluate sales teams.
• Support regional branding, promotions, and business expansion.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Retail / Distribution / FMCG / Manufacturing.
• Africa Sales Experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Malawi geography and regional markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
