Sales and Marketing Manager

Job description:

This is a field-based role focused on direct sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas daily to promote and sell products/services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, foot-on-street activities, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform business strategies.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team lead.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and field activations.
• Maintain proper records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (candidates pursuing graduation can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Comfortable with field work and traveling within the assigned region.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
