Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by assisting with lead generation, client follow-ups, and basic sales presentations. Daily tasks include coordinating with potential and existing customers, maintaining records of interactions, and helping prepare marketing materials and reports. The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, supporting customer service activities, and participating in training sessions led by senior team members. The intern will collaborate closely with colleagues to improve brand visibility and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and team members.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive client experience.
• Sales skills with an interest in lead generation, negotiation basics, and closing opportunities under guidance.
• Ability to support Sales Management activities, such as maintaining sales records and assisting with reporting.
• Willingness to participate in Training, learn quickly, and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts; familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on-site in Vasant Vihar, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
