ADIION Digital Labs is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing early-stage startup team.

Remote / Hybrid
Chennai preferred, but candidates from anywhere in India can apply
This is not just a cold-calling internship.
You'll get hands-on exposure to how a technology startup is built — from sales and marketing to technology, product, client communication and business strategy.
What you'll work on- B2B lead generation & market research
- Cold calling and prospect conversations
- LinkedIn, WhatsApp & email outreach
- Client communication and meeting coordination
- CRM and sales pipeline management
- Digital marketing & content initiatives
- Website and digital transformation opportunities
- AI sales & marketing automation
- LoyaltyTown — our connected manufacturing platform
- Supporting the founder with business development and growth initiatives
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Interest in sales, marketing, technology and startups
- Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers
- Students, freshers and recent graduates are welcome
- A proactive builder mindset
At an early-stage startup, you won't be restricted to one task.
You'll get exposure to:
Sales → Marketing → Technology → Product → Client Management → Business Strategy
You'll work closely with the founder and learn how a technology company is built and grown from the ground up.
As you gain experience, we'll identify your strengths and give you greater responsibility in the area where you perform best.
