Sales And Marketing Intern

About the Role

Fusie Engineers is looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing activities. The internship is intended to be highly practical. You will work closely with the business development and management teams to identify potential clients and support sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting and initial client outreach.

Assist in preparing company presentations, capability statements, brochures, case studies and other sales material.

Support preparation and follow-up of sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences and client visits.

Track leads and opportunities and assist the team in maintaining an organized sales pipeline.

Work with engineers and project teams to translate complex technical work into clear, engaging marketing content.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates may come from Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Communications or related disciplines. Previous experience is not mandatory, but we value evidence of initiative—such as internships, college projects, entrepreneurship, event organization, content creation, social-media management or other practical activities.

Strong written and spoken English, good communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office are expected. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, CRM platforms, digital marketing or content creation would be an advantage.

You will gain exposure to the complete B2B sales and marketing process—from market research and identifying prospects to creating technical marketing material, approaching potential clients and tracking opportunities.
