About this role
Duration: Ideally 1 year (alongside studies); open to 3–6 month internships
Location: Fully remote; open to candidates anywhere in India; work authorization for India required Working hours: If a 3-month internship, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, primarily aligned to India time, with regular overlap into UK hours and occasional overlap into US Pacific hours. If longer than 3 months, flexible hours to be negotiated.

About the Role
As our intern, you'll get hands-on ownership of social media, business development support, and CRM/email/event marketing, working directly alongside our marketing and BD team on live client work, with the chance to pick up SEO and paid media exposure along the way. You'll learn how an agency actually runs day-to-day: real campaigns, real clients, real results.
Responsibilities
Outreach
- Send templated follow-up and prospecting messages to individual contacts on behalf of the BD team
- Research and pitch link-building opportunities: identify prospects, personalize outreach, submit to directories, and track results
- Research competitors websites, keywords, ad activity, and marketing strategies
Content and Social
- Schedule and publish social media posts across LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement (comments, messages, mentions) under supervision
- Manage Reddit account activity with posting, commenting, and engaging with relevant communities
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases, keeping lead information accurate and current
- Support email marketing campaigns with list management, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Support webinar and event marketing with registrations, and follow-up activities
Digital Marketing
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Audit website SEO identify broken links, missing meta tags, and basic technical SEO issues
- Update website content using WordPress or another CMS
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads updating assets and reviewing performance
- Track campaign KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and CPA
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in content marketing, social media, and business development / sales support
- Excellent written communication skills, comfortable engaging authentically on social platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and X, including how to engage naturally within each platform's culture
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple accounts, contact lists, and follow-up threads accurately
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, especially AI-powered marketing tools
