Sales And Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales & Booking Executive to join our team in Agonda Beach, South Goa. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the hospitality industry and be confident in handling hotel bookings, customer inquiries, property visits, negotiations, and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business for the hotel, handling direct and online bookings, coordinating with guests, managing inquiries and follow-ups, and developing relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hotel owners, and other hospitality partners. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools, booking platforms, WhatsApp, and digital platforms to improve sales and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Generate leads and increase hotel bookings and revenue.
• Booking Management: Handle direct, online, phone, and WhatsApp bookings.
• Customer Handling: Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Client Relationships: Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hotel owners, and hospitality partners.
• Property Visits: Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property inspections.
• Negotiation & Pricing: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize bookings.
• Online Platforms: Manage bookings through OTAs and other digital platforms.
• AI & Digital Tools: Use AI tools, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business to improve sales productivity.
• Market Research: Identify business opportunities, analyze competitors, and explore new sales channels.
• Booking Coordination: Coordinate with hotel operations for room availability, reservations, and guest requirements.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain lead records, booking reports, and follow-up updates.
• Revenue Growth: Improve occupancy, generate repeat business, and achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.
• 5-8 years of experience in hotel sales and bookings.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Cleartrip.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of South Goa's hospitality market.
• Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
