Job Description:
Parason Machinery is a leading engineering company and global supplier of pulp & paper machinery, serving customers across 75+ countries. We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator Export to support our international business development activities.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Sales Coordinator Export who knows EXIM procedures and enjoys keeping many moving parts on track. We need driven person who can be link between our international customers, the sales team, and internal departments (PPC, Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Logistics and Accounts), so that every export order is documented, produced and shipped on time and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams for smooth order priority wise execution, keeping in mind urgency, transit time, production lead time etc.

• Coordinate with PPC, Design, Production, Logistics, Accounts and EXIM teams.
  
• Track enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatches and payments and prepare MIS reports.
  
• Maintain customer/prospect databases and CRM records.
  
• Maintain and develop outstanding follow-up system, track export documentation, track accrued commission and payment by liaising with accounts as and when required
  

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BE / B.Tech; MBA International Business/Marketing is an advantage.
2–5 years’ experience in export sales, international sales, business development or sales coordination.
Excellent English communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP.
Knowledge of Incoterms and export processes is preferred.
Experience in engineering/manufacturing/industrial machinery is an added advantage.
