Sales and Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the medical devices industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions, ensuring successful product adoption.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth to drive business development.
• Manage relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to build strong referral networks.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (medical devices & equipment).
• Strong understanding of b2b/b2c marketing principles, including field marketing and referral marketing techniques.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
