Role & responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to support sales and business growth
• Promote company products, brand image, and market presence
• Act as a link between marketing, sales, customers, and management
• Support lead generation and customer engagement activities
• Maintenance of Enquiry Log Register
• Conducting of customer satisfaction survey as per plan
• Participating in the Customer complaint analysis.
• New enquiry review.
• For customer quotation updating Basic need update in STIPVL format.
• Responsible for customer delivery performance.
• Customer communication.
• Participating in Internal Audit.
• Maintaining the 5 S’
• Achieve the objective measurement data as per set target.
• Continual improvement project
