Sales and Marketing Executive

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B or B2C partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• MBA in Marketing or Public Policy, or a related field (preferred). Certifications (Optional)
• Certification in Sales or Business Development/Marketing or Communications/Public Policy or Political Science.
• Preferred Languages: Marathi, Gujarati, Konkani, Hindi, and English
• Remuneration will be based on their earlier CTC and assessment and interview.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Additional knowledge of politics/public affairs, or a related field (desired).
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Additional Requirements:

• Creative and strategic in preparing pitch documents.
• Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
• Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
