Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and market research to drive sales growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals.
  
• Identify potential clients' needs and provide tailored solutions using product knowledge of Paint & Coatings.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Tele/Inside Sales, Branch Sales/In Office Sales, Sales Support/Presales or Technical/Service Sales.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Com).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building successful client relationships.
