Sales And Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell real estate projects, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online/offline marketing
• Handle customer inquiries & explain project details
• Conduct site visits & client meetings
• Close sales & achieve monthly targets
• Manage social media promotions & campaigns
• Maintain customer database & follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Basic real estate knowledge
• Target-oriented approach
• Digital marketing knowledge (preferred)

Qualification:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply(MBA Marketing preferred).
• 1-3 years experience (Real Estate preferred)
• Freshers with good communication can apply
