Sales & Marketing Executive Job Description

Chain Reaction Consulting is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Executives.

This is a customer-facing role focused on direct sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation. The role is also the first level of our Management Training Program, providing an opportunity to develop professionally and progress into management based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands and organizations professionally.
• Conduct direct, face-to-face sales and marketing activities.
• Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote products, services, and campaigns to potential customers.
• Generate new customers through direct marketing and customer acquisition.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
• Maintain a professional approach while interacting with customers.
• Develop strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer-handling skills.
• Complete assigned training and development activities.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute towards team goals.

Successful candidates can progress through:

Level 1 – Sales & Marketing Executive

Level 2 – Trainee Manager

Level 3 – Deputy Manager

Level 4 – Branch Manager
