About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Enquiry Management
- Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, online channels, and industry databases
- Commercial & Quotation Support
• Prepare quotations, offers, and proforma invoices based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines .
- Negotiation & Closure
- Email Marketing & Customer Communication
• Maintain sales records, enquiry logs, quotation files, and customer data
- Update CRM / Excel / ERP systems with accurate lead and sales information
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on leads, quotations, and conversion status
Preferred candidate profile
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation processes
• Knowledge of electrical cables / industrial products preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools
- Good communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Willingness to learn commercial and technical aspects of the product range
Experience
• Fresher to 1 year in marketing, sales, or business development
• Candidates from B2B industrial sales background will be preferred
• Freshers with relevant educational background may also apply
