We are looking for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience for an Inside Sales Executive position. The candidate will mainly handle B2B online enquiries, quotations, client follow-ups and basic Excel work.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
• Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations and pending enquiries.
• Maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel.
• Prepare basic Excel formats, reports and data sheets.
• Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with clients regarding product details, pricing and order requirements.
• Maintain proper records of quotations and follow-ups.
• Assist with other basic sales and office-related work.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn sales and customer handling.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
