Sales And Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers in the assigned area.
• Visit supermarkets, retail outlets, catering units, hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and event-management companies.
• Introduce and demonstrate product to prospective customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, packaging, and business benefits clearly.
• Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.

Take orders and coordinate with the company for timely delivery.

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Maintain good professional relationships with B2B clients.
• Collect market feedback regarding customer preferences, pricing, and competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential distribution partners.
• Submit regular sales and customer-visit reports.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Prior experience in FMCG/B2B sales will be an advantage.
