About this role
Biyani Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales & Lead Generation Coordinator to build a consistent pipeline of qualified sales meetings across the Mumbai-Pune industrial belt, through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• LinkedIn Outreach: Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, send personalised outreach (tools and messaging provided), follow up consistently, and convert responses into booked meetings.
• Cold Calling: Call purchase managers, procurement heads, supply chain managers and business owners across Mumbai, Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad and other MIDC clusters. Introduce Biyani Packaging, qualify packaging requirements, and schedule sales meetings for the Directors.
• Lead Database & CRM: Research and add new manufacturer contacts to the existing lead database. Log every call, outreach message, response and meeting outcome in Bigin CRM. Share daily activity updates and a weekly pipeline report.
• Content Support (minor): Assist with LinkedIn posts using ChatGPT, Claude or Canva — a small part of the role, not core.
Requirements • 1–3+ years of B2B sales, lead generation, telecalling or sales coordination experience; manufacturing/industrial sector preferred.
• A demonstrated cold-calling track record — comfortable opening conversations cold with business owners and procurement teams.
• Working familiarity with LinkedIn outreach; exposure to Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus.
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups; comfortable working against weekly/monthly targets. Reporting & Hours

• Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai • Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
