Role Overview We seek a dynamic Senior Manager to lead sales & marketing, drive client acquisition, and oversee campaign execution. The role demands strategic leadership, business development, and team management to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement sales & marketing strategies.
• Acquire and retain clients; negotiate and close deals.
• Supervise teams and ensure campaign success across cities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign analytics.
• Manage budgets, pricing, and compliance.
• Represent the company at industry forums and contribute to strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
