We are looking for a confident, customer-focused team member to support our growing international customer base through calls and website chat. Primary Responsibility - Customer Support Handle incoming customer calls from international customers and resolve queries professionally and promptly. Manage website chat and provide clear, helpful, and timely responses. Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, and general queries. Understand customer concerns, provide suitable solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Escalate unresolved or important issues to the relevant internal team and follow through to closure. Additional Responsibilities - Sales & Retention Follow up with interested customers, abandoned carts, and incomplete orders to support conversions. Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and encourage repeat purchases when relevant. Maintain accurate call/chat records, customer information, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM. Share customer feedback, recurring issues, and useful customer insights with the team. Support daily and monthly customer service and sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi - mandatory. Confident and professional when communicating with international customers. Strong listening, customer-handling, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good typing and written chat communication skills. Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM and ability to maintain accurate records. Positive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior experience in e-commerce, customer support, telecalling, telesales, or customer retention is preferred. Key Requirement: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and confidence in dealing with international customers.
