Sales and Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate cost sheets and estimates for clients based on their requirements.
• Conduct field work to gather information about potential projects and negotiate deals with customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in external sales or related field.
• Strong skills in enquiry generation, estimation, negotiation, and costing (cost sheet).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
