• Support campaign execution, lead generation, outreach, or client coordination as required.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and share learnings, insights, and challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training sessions.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and proactively seek feedback.

• Support the team with daily operational, marketing, research, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct online research and compile information into clear reports, sheets, or presentations.
• Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, presentations, or marketing materials.
• Maintain and update trackers, databases, Google Sheets, and project documents.
• Coordinate with team members over Slack, WhatsApp, email, or video calls.
• Help schedule meetings, follow up on tasks, and maintain timely communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Student, recent graduate, or early-career professional; freshers are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi/regional language skills are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and basic project-management tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet remote-work environment.
• Self-motivated, curious, willing to learn, and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Availability for part-time work of 34 hours daily or full-time work of 68 hours daily.
• Prior internship, freelance, college project, or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
