Reports to: Sales/Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
Drive sales growth of cleaning agents (pharma-grade) to healthcare institutions, industries, and businesses. Build relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue leads in healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors
- Build partnerships with pharmacies, hospitals, and cleaning service providers
- Pitch Shell Spark's cleaning agents (disinfectants, sanitizers, etc.) and negotiate deals
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Freshers required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with ability to meet sales targets
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
