JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer billing activities, including preparation, and uploading of invoices
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of billing transactions
• Coordinate with distributors and customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
• Perform ground-level operational tasks related to customer service function
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department (CSD) for process execution and improvements
• Support data analysis and reporting for customer service operations
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintain and update records, dashboards, and MIS reports
• Assist in identifying process gaps and improving efficiency
