Role Summary

Were looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates with experience in the sportswear, activewear, athletic footwear, or sports retail sector. Youll help customers find the right products, contribute to store sales targets, and deliver a welcoming in-store experience that reflects the Cult brand.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend suitable apparel, footwear, and fitness accessories based on fit, activity, and customer preferences.

• Deliver friendly, informed service throughout the shopping experience.
• Work toward individual and store sales targets.
• Explain current offers, memberships, and new product launches.
• Recommend complementary products and suitable alternatives to support customer needs and store sales.
• Build strong knowledge of sportswear, activewear, athletic footwear, and fitness accessories.
• Confidently explain product features, fit, materials, care, and intended use.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Support visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Replenish stock, maintain product availability on the floor, and assist with stock checks.
• Work with the store team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sportswear, activewear, athletic footwear, or sports retail.
• Prior experience advising customers on sportswear products, fit, or use is an advantage.
• Passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and as part of a team.
