Sales Advisor

Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

Experience: Freshers welcome; 1+ years in sales preferred

Preference: Local candidates from Delhi/NCR

About the Role

• TruIntel Reform Foundation is seeking energetic, target-driven Sales Advisors to join our office-based sales team in Laxmi Nagar.
• This role focuses on promoting and selling our Honorary Doctorate (HD) recognition programmes and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training and certification programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospective leads
• Clearly and professionally explain the HD and POSH programmes to prospects
• Identify customer needs and convert qualified leads into enrolments
• Follow up consistently with leads via calls and other communication channels
• Address customer questions and handle sales objections effectively
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activity
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Leverage available content, event videos, and organizational achievements to build credibility in sales conversations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive communication style
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Prior experience in tele-sales, counselling, education sales, or B2C sales is an advantage
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills also welcome)
