As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer

experience, driving store sales, promoting Cult products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store

operations. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable

products, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Encourage product trials and support purchase decisions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and inventory activities.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate complaints when required.
• Ensure stock availability and proper back-store organization.
• Support store operations and maintain safety standards.

Eligibility
