• B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical, EEE, ECE) + MBA
• 2025-26 pass-outs.
• Strong interest in B2B / Technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity tracking.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools.
• Learn and understand CADFEMs products, solutions, and target industries.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and review discussions (as exposure increases).
• During the training period, trainees will undergo structured training in sales processes, CRM tools, business communication, and mentorship, with regular performance evaluations.
