Sales- Account Management (Cyber Security)

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Account Management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. He/ She will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing cross sell / upsell opportunities within key accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify sales CS/US opportunities and generate through networking, and referrals
• Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing business Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Have strong CXO level relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities and develop Strategies that optimise the account / market potential.
• Manage sales pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is robust and accurate with timely CRM updation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Postgraduates degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
