Required Skills :

• 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Experience with Data Extensions, Data Designer/Contact Builder, Content Builder,
  and Email Studio.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
• Good understanding of customer data, segmentation, personalization, and campaign
  execution.
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, and integration concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

•Design and implement marketing automation solutions using

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Products.

•Develop and manage Journeys, Journey Builder activities, Email

Studio,Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.

•Build complex AMPscript, SQL queries, ServerSide JavaScript (SSJS) and dynamic content solutions.

•Develop and maintain data extensions, data models, segmentation, personalization, and audience management.

•Configure and manage integrations between Marketing Cloud and

Salesforce CRM and other external systems.

•Troubleshoot journey, automation, data, email delivery, and integration-related issues.

•Implement campaign automation, segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle journeys.

•Work with APIs and integration patterns such as REST/SOAP where

required.

•Support Marketing Cloud security, data management, subscriber management, and deliverability best practices.

•Participate in solution design, technical discussions, estimations, and documentation.

•Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into
scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.

• Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and emerging
• AI-powered marketing capabilities.
