Sale Manager - Two Wheeler Loan

Role & responsibilities :

• Attain minimum productivity of 15 TW loan / month / TW -IRO
• Build & maintain dealer relationship
• Ensure that the dealer payouts be done regularly without pendency
• Portfolio to be maintained and kept clean
• Conducting fortnight trainings on Product, Process, Policy and others aspects of business
• Process adherence and compliance
• Productivity analysis of each TW-IRO and steps to improve the same
• Customer query resolution
• Identify and address scope of fraud
• Ensure servicing of customer request

Preferred candidate profile:

Age: 25 to 35 Years

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in Two Wheeler loan in Supervisory role.

Education: Graduation & above

Cibil Score: 700+

Other : Good Knowledge on TW product, Team management skills, communication skills, MS Office, MS Excel, etc.
