Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Onboarding Integration
- Actively participate in onboarding new applications into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and alignment with IAM standards.
- Design and develop end-to-end identity lifecycle integrations (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes).
- Automate identity provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to eliminate manual intervention.
2. IDAM Platform Operations Support
- Work closely with the IDAM team to implement:
- Enhancements and new features
- Application upgrades and patching
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
- Certificate management
- Perform daily operational support of the SailPoint IIQ platform to ensure system stability and availability.
- Monitor system health, job executions, connectors, and access provisioning processes.
3. Troubleshooting Incident Management
- Provide escalation support for complex application and system issues within the IAM domain.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting of provisioning failures, aggregation issues, and connector errors.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents efficiently.
4. Identity Goverce Security Compliance
- Ensure adherence to identity goverce best practices and organizational security standards.
- Support access certification campaigns, policy enforcement, and audit activities.
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models and compliance reporting.
5. Operational Monitoring Problem Management
- Partner with the Operations team to perform continuous service monitoring of the IDAM infrastructure.
- Ensure security, integrity, and high availability of IAM systems.
- Drive problem management initiatives by identifying trends and reducing incident recurrence.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with application owners, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Enable seamless onboarding and offboarding of applications within the IDAM ecosystem.
- Provide technical guidance and direction for IAM-related initiatives and integrations.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Service Request Management Role Maintece
- Handle service requests (SRs) related to identity and access management through ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Perform role maintece activities, including creation, modification, and decommissioning of roles in SailPoint IIQ.
- Ensure role definitions align with business requirements, RBAC models, and compliance standards.
- Validate and implement access changes while maintaining audit trails and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with application owners and business teams to review and optimize role structures.
- Support periodic role reviews and certification campaigns to ensure access accuracy and goverce.
