Job Description: SailPoint ISC Engineer
Experience: 36+ Years in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on SailPoint ISC experience
Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST
Work Model: As applicable – Remote

Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to support implementation, application onboarding, integration, provisioning, access governance, and production support activities. The engineer will work closely with technical leads, application teams, and client stakeholders during the night shift to support global delivery and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
  
• Onboard applications using SailPoint native, JDBC, REST/Web Services, SCIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, and other supported connectors.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot account and entitlement aggregation, correlation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
  
• Implement and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and identity profiles.
  
• Configure access profiles, roles, entitlement management, certifications/access reviews, and governance policies.
  
• Develop and troubleshoot ISC Transforms, Rules, APIs, workflows, and connector configurations.
  
• Troubleshoot aggregation, provisioning, source connectivity, identity correlation, and certification-related issues.
  
• Perform production support, incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and implementation of permanent fixes.
  
• Support deployment activities, configuration migrations, testing, release validation, and post-production verification.
  
• Work with application owners and infrastructure teams to analyze integration requirements and recommend appropriate ISC integration approaches.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, operational procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks.
  
• Participate in client calls and provide technical updates, issue analysis, and recommendations.
  
• Work during the 10:00 PM–7:00 AM IST shift and coordinate effectively with onshore team.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  
• Good understanding of IGA concepts including identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and entitlement governance.
  
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Transforms, Workflows, and Certifications.
  
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, SCIM, AD/Entra ID, or SaaS connectors.
  
• Good understanding of JSON, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SQL, and authentication mechanisms.
  
• Experience troubleshooting complex SailPoint aggregation and provisioning issues.
  
• Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, and enterprise application integration.
  
• Ability to analyse production incidents and independently drive issues to resolution.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interaction with global/client teams.
  

Good to Have

• SailPoint ISC certifications.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise application integrations.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Postman, API testing, and deployment automation.
  
• Experience with SailPoint APIs and scripting using Python, PowerShell, Java, or JavaScript.
  
• Exposure to AI-assisted development, troubleshooting, log analysis, documentation, or operational automation.
  
• Experience working in an IAM managed services or production support environment.
  

Shift Requirement: The candidate must be comfortable working a regular 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST shift and collaborating with global/onshore stakeholders during these hours.
