SailPoint IIQ/ISC SME Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Design and implement IGA solutions, including JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC and access governance.
• Lead application onboarding and connector integrations such as AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST/Web Services and SCIM.
• Develop/configure workflows, rules, transforms, lifecycle events and custom integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot access certifications, access requests, roles and policies.
• Analyze complex production issues and provide L3 technical support and RCA.
• Guide migration from IIQ to ISC and support cloud transformation initiatives.
• Review technical designs, code/configurations and ensure SailPoint best practices.
• Work closely with clients, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Mentor SailPoint developers and provide technical guidance to the delivery team.
• Participate in solution design, estimations, technical discussions and client presentations.
