Responsibilities:

• Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow
• Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environment
• Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
• Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
• Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance
• Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback
• Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features
• Preparing technical and user documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years overall IT experience
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience and working knowledge of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow)
• Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
• Experience with any programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, and SQL with a high proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
• English language proficiency required.
• Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems
• Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.

Preferred:

• SailPoint IDN Professional Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training. ͏ Areas of responsibility Monitoring and Incident DetectionAnalyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.Incident Handling and AnalysisPerform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption ͏ Threat Assessment and AnalyticsUndertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.Stakeholder Coordination and Audit AssistanceLiaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks. Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance.Training and AwarenessAssist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails. ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud .
