SailPoint IAM Operations - Senior Associate (L3)

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
• End-to-end L3 production support experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle, provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, certifications, application onboarding, connectors, workflows, rules and policies.
• Good hands-on experience with Java/BeanShell, REST APIs, XML/JSON, SQL.
• Experience handling Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents, RCA, technical bridges and vendor escalations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, PowerShell and Git.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow certification is preferred.
