A SailPoint Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a focus on access provisioning, workflows, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (minimum 2–3 years recommended), Java development skills, and familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular.js

• Identity and Access Management Knowledge: Hands-on experience with IdentityIQ administration, provisioning, connectors, and IAM concepts

• Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud certification may be advantageous

• Additional Tools: Experience with RESTful APIs, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python, and orchestration scripts is often required for senior-level roles
