SailPoint Consultant - ISC / IDN

Requirements:

• Qualification: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.
• Experience: 4-8 years.
• Mandatory Skills: Development/implementation on SailPoint ISC/IDN.
• SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow: Expert knowledge of cloud architecture, identity modeling, source onboarding, and cloud-native configuration.
• Complex Transforms and Workflows: Advanced proficiency in building complex data transforms (using Apache Velocity) and designing event-driven automation workflows.
• Connectors and Integrations: Experience configuring authoritative and non-authoritative connectors for enterprise targets like Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• APIs and Protocols: Strong command of REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, OAuth, and SAML for external system automation.
• Legacy Migration: Background migrating legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Oracle Identity Manager to ISC, including BeanShell to cloud rule translation.
• Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, birthright access, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Access Governance: Expertise in configuring access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills, ability to translate complex IGA concepts to non-technical business partners.
• Good presentation skills.
• Able to work on fast-paced project execution with team alignment.
