Position Summary

This role involves endtoend claim support services for insured customers. The responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, investigating, and processing insurance claims in line with defined procedures. The role requires interaction across multiple administrative and customer service layers such as claim review, investigation, adjustment (where applicable), approval, settlement, or denial of claims.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to established professional standards, procedures, and policies before taking action or making decisions
• Process insurance claims and handle customer calls as per process guidelines
• Meet defined SLA, quality, and audit parameters
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets
• Maintain strict adherence to attendance and punctuality norms
• Continuously build process knowledge and develop related skills
• Maintain professional interpersonal relationships with peers and supervisors
• Ensure a clean disciplinary record with no instances of misconduct

Eligibility Criteria

• Willingness to work US Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts
• Education: 10+2 / 10+3 / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
