Safety Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and offline safety training sessions.
• Deliver training at client locations and our training centre.
• Conduct fire safety, first aid, ERT, and workplace safety programs.
• Organize practical demonstrations and emergency mock drills.
• Prepare training presentations, study materials, and assessment papers.
• Prepare training reports, mock drill reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist with safety documentation, checklists, SOPs, and training records.
• Maintain participant attendance, assessment results, and feedback.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal team for training arrangements.
• Collect training photographs and client feedback for reports.

Preferred Profile:

• Diploma or degree in Fire & Industrial Safety or a related field.
• Good knowledge of workplace hazards and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and practical demonstration skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and professional documents.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
